These are forms for trip coordinators that are bringing a group on either an Impact or
Classic Amor Trip. These are not needed for Amor 3 Day Trip Participants.
Participants, your individual participation form is found here.
Trip Planning Manual
Necessary for all Trip Coordinators to read! Includes helpful tips like a packing list for your group.
Vehicle & Cargo List Form
If you are going through voluntary declaration, this is required. Let your Amor Trip Coordinator know what you are bringing to know if this is a requirement for your group.
Participation Form Instructions
You’ve been given an individual participation form link for Amor. Every participant must fill one out prior to arrival.
Outside Release Form
If your group plans to do anything outside of Amor’s campsite or worksite (i.e. stop at a store, visit a previous home built)
Border Crossing Foods
The US/Mexico border has restrictions on foods (meat, vegetables, fruit and dairy products). If you plan to bring items that have restrictions, you can bring them in small quantities and split amongst vehicles, based on the quantities in this guide. For more information or questions, please contact Emily at earnold@amor.org.
Notarized Minors List
Cover letter and list to use for minors whose legal guardians are not on the trip. CA groups will need the notary to sign pages 1 & 4.
FMME Instructions
You’ll likely be required to present this Mexican Migration Form at the border. We highly recommend filling it out ahead of time, printing it and bringing it with you to save time at the border.
Camp Rules & Worksite Safety
All groups must adhere to Amor’s camp rules and worksite safety guidelines.
Amor Visitor Participation Form
This form is for groups that plan to have visitors (outside of an Amor participant) at their worksite or campsite. Prior permission must be given by your Amor Trip Coordinator or Amor Field Representative for all visitors.
