Amor begins preparations for a Mission Trip many months in advance. To meet our commitments to the Mexican pastors, home recipients, ministry partners, material vendors and you – our partner in ministry, we ask you to abide by the following:
Payment Policy & Due Date: A financial penalty of 10% of total Mission Trip fees may be charged to your account if financial due dates are missed. Please make sure all trip fees are paid by March 31st.
Payment Options:
* Effective 2023: with a credit card payment, you are responsible for the associated credit card fees. It is 2.2% + 0.30 for non-AmEx cards and 3.5% + 0.00 for AmEx cards.
** Upon request, Amor will provide you with our account details and instructions. There may be a small fee for ACH and transfers, depending on your bank.
Mission Trip Cancellation: Because of the amount of preparation invested, we request a minimum of a 30-day notice (April 11th) if you can no longer attend the Transform Trip. If you cancel your participation less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, a 40% cancellation fee based on your total fees will be due to Amor Ministries. If you cancel less than 10 days before the scheduled arrival date, 100% of your trip fees will be kept, covering ministry costs.
Rain Check/Refund Policy: If the minimum participants for the Transform Trip are not met 1-month prior to arrival date, Amor will be forced to cancel the trip. In the event of Amor canceling the Transform Trip, we will refund all fees paid. If Amor Ministries determines that an evacuation is necessary due to conditions out of the ministry’s control, a pro-rated schedule of fees will be established and applied as a credit to a future Mission Trip. If you voluntarily leave prior to your scheduled departure date, no credit will be given.
Outstanding Balance: Any balance due from a prior Mission Trip must be paid in full before we can accept your registration for a new Mission Trip and all payment due dates must be met in the future.
