Register – Men’s Trip

  • Option 1: $1,200/person—full trip from November 8th-14th. Includes all meals within Mexico, sleeping tents, project materials and transportation throughout the trip. This portion will include the hotel for two nights (12th and 13th) in Flagstaff. It also includes dinner on the 12th and 13th, Grand Canyon entry and transport back to Phoenix on the 14th.

    Option 2: $650/person—Mexico portion of the trip from November 8th-12th. Includes all meals within Mexico, transportation throughout the trip, sleeping tents, meals and project materials. Flights to/from Phoenix are not included.

Financial Agreement

Deposit: The deposit is nonrefundable.

Amor begins preparations for Mission Trip projects nearly a year before participants arrive. In order to meet our commitments to the Mexican pastors, home recipients, material vendors and you – our partner in ministry, we ask you to abide by the following:

Payment Policy: A financial penalty of 10% of total Mission Trip fees may be charged to your account if financial due dates are missed.

Payment Due Dates: You have committed to make payments at agreed upon dates based on your arrival. If a due date is missed, an additional fee of 10% of total Mission Trip fees may be charged to your account.

Payment Options:

  1. Mail a check.
  2. Credit card*.
  3. ACH/wire transfer**.

* Effective September 1, 2023: with a credit card payment, you are responsible for the associated credit card fees. It is 2.2% + 0.30 for non-AmEx cards and 3.5% + 0.00 for AmEx cards.
** Upon request, Amor will provide you with our account details and instructions. There may be a small fee for ACH and transfers, depending on your bank.

Mission Trip Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Because of the amount of preparation invested, we request a minimum of a 30-day notice if you can no longer attend your Amor Men’s Trip. If you cancel your participation less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, a 40% cancellation fee based on your total fees will be due to Amor Ministries. If you cancel less than 10 days before the scheduled arrival date 100% of your trip fees will be kept, covering ministry costs.
 
Rain Check/Refund Policy:

If Amor Ministries determines that an evacuation is necessary due to conditions out of the ministry’s control, a pro-rated schedule of fees will be established and applied as a credit to a future Mission Trip.

If you voluntarily leave prior to your scheduled departure date, no credit will be given. I, the undersigned, understand and agree to the terms of the Fee Schedule and Financial Policies as they apply to the Amor Men’s Trip. (Even if I’m coming with a group paying on my behalf, I understand and agree to the above policies.)
